Skye (Skylar) is 1 year old spayed female. She's a bit vocal when she first see's you, but soon warms up and is climbing in your lap. She's done real well getting used to the dogs here. A bit skittish around the bigger dogs, but is slowly getting used to them. She is not house trained, so it's starting at square one. Restricted to her kennel when we can't directly watch here and lots of trips outside. She's getting better at house training us. If she goes out every 2 hours during the day, no accidents. If we get busy and don't crate her, she may have an accident. We're working on her letting us know when she has to go. She's also able to sleep with us all night without an accident if we take her out right before we go to bed. Took her to the Vet and she's in very good health. She weighs 13.2 lbs, has received all her shots, and an AVID microchip. I do need to take her back in 3 weeks for a distemper booster. She gotten used to the larger dogs in the house. She's playing with one, Élan, and all the other cavaliers. She's still unsure of the Springer's because one is grumpy and one isn't. Skye's now housetrained and has fit in to the routine well. She's in her forever home. After she came in, she adopted me. Followed me around everywhere, slept with me and pitched a fit when I went somewhere and didn't take her. So she's a "Failed" foster. I fostered her and adopted her. :-) If you'd like to see more pictures of her, go to my personal non-rescue site.
