ADOPTED! Choco - Black & Tan King Charles Spaniel

Choco is a 6 Year Old Black & Tan male that is an owner turn-in.

He's a really sweet boy and wants to be the center of attention. He fit right in with our other dogs.

He was taken to the vet and has several issues that are being taken care of. He is intact and still needs to be neutered. He has an eye and ear infections, whip worms and heart worms.

After the round of antibiotics, all the infections are gone. He's been treated for whip worms and they're gone too. He's still in treatment for the Heartworms and needs to be neutered.

Choco went to the vet and was neutered today. He came through the visit fine and is being kenneled to make sure he doesn't get too active and tear any stitches out.

He has been seen by the vet again, had his stitches removed and took his first heartworm treatment.

He's done very well and fit right in with our other dogs. He has had a marking problem, but only marking after another dog. Once we got the other marker housetrained, he quit. He's quite a lover and will lay there next to you getting scratched, specially his belly, as long as you will keep it up. Once you stop, then he'll go lay down close by.

He loves to chase a ball or stuffed toy. He will bring it back to you, drop it at your feet, then sit there looking at you hoping you will throw it again. He'll keep it up longer than I can, but my grandkids to manage to wear him out.

He's been through the second heartworm treatment and has to be crated for a month. After the month is up, he'll be retested for heartworms. If he's clear, he'll be ready for adoption.

Choco has found a wonderful family with 2 boys to play with and wear off some of his energy.
