Sally is a 6 year old female cavalier. Sally is an puppy mill turn-in. She's well behaved, but extremely shy. Here's a short video of her. She's settled in very well. A few accidents in the house, loves attention and lap time, but you've got to convince her to come over to you. She's getting along great with the other dogs here. Her shyness should go away as she settles in. She's a beautiful young lady. In the mean time, we're just going to let her get used to the new house, routine and dogs here. She's slowly getting used to us and our schedule. If you bend over and hold your hand down, palm up, she comes over and loves the attention. Once she starts getting petted and scratched, she'll give you little kisses. She’s found that she loves attention. We’re having to work with her and let her know that it’s not OK to jump up on other dogs when they’re getting attention, she’ll get her turn. J She does well around young children. If they’re too active, she goes over to her matt in the corner and lays down. We’ve taught our grandkids that the dogs are to be left alone when they’re in their crates or on their mats.
