!ADOPTED! Abby - Tri-Color Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

Abby is a 4 year old puppy mill turn-in.

She's well behaved, but somewhat skittish around people. She finds herself a corner and settles in. She's in good health except for her teeth, current on all her shots and heartworm negative.

Abby’s had a couple of visits to the vet. She’s been spayed, had an umbilical hernia taken care of at the same time and had her teeth cleaned. She lost 2 more teeth and the vet said she was already missing 5.

She's settled in very well. No accidents in the house, comes over when called by name, loves attention and lap time. She's getting along great with the other dogs here and comes running over for attention. She doesn't like anyone's face close to hers, but otherwise enjoys all the attention she can get.

Abby’s become very comfortable at our house. She’s still face shy, but now if you don’t move your face towards hers, she’ll put her nose right up against your chin and give you a couple of licks.

Abby has found her forever home. She's heading farther South and will have a sister and two brothers, one of which was a rescue himself. He can tell Abby what a great home she's gone to and hopefully help her settle in faster.
