Gracie Ann is a 5 year old Rescue Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
that we're fostering.
She is a friendly female Tri color.
She the happiest curled up with you or on a mat in the are where you are. She
has not had any accidents in the house so far and seems to be house trained.
She's fitting right in with the pack and will curl up on the mat
under my desk or with you on the couch if
you call her up. She loves to give kisses in return for a little
petting and will continue to do so as long as you let her. She
loves being able to use the stairs to the bed and sleep with us all
night. She's just not sure about going down them yet, but with
encouragement will do so. Her favorite place is curled up right next to
your stomach and seems to stay there all night.
She walks well on a leash. She recognizes her name and will come when
called. She's not food aggressive, but will try to sneak one of
the other dogs food if they walk away (What Cavalier wouldn't).
She was checked by a Cardiologist and was classified
as an "Abnormal Normal Cavalier". By that, she did not show any
signs of Mitral Valve Disease (MVD) or any other heart problems. Totally Clear.
She's been adopted by a wonderful family and was right
at home the first time there.
R.I.P Gracie. She passed away suddenly without
any warning. 06-2012. You are missed and we'll see you at the
Rainbow Bridge.
